Gorillaz will play Montreal’s Centre Bell on Saturday 3rd October 2026 as part of what they’re calling The Mountain Tour. The animated alter ego of former Blur principal Damon Albarn’s band will surely play Montreal as one awesome stop of a world tour in support of their new alternative hip-hop infused album The Mountain.
Gorillaz returns with a night playing epic songs from the last 2 decades including cuts from their brand new 2026 album The Mountain. Joining the band will be Mercury Prize winner Little Simz performing material from her recently released album Lotus, and also cult sci-fi hip-hop group Deltron 3030 celebrating the 25th anniversary of their debut album Deltron Events Of 1969.

Gorillaz: The Mountain Tour is coming to Centre Bell on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, at 7:00 PM. Special guests include Little Simz and Deltron 3030.
The Mountain Tour is part of an enormous global world tour playing venues in London UK, Luxembourg, Miami FL, Atlanta GA, Orlando FL, Piedmont GA, Bouy-Luxembourg France, Trenčín Slovakia, Aix-les-Bains France, Istanbul Turkey and many more countries around the world hitting cities across North America, Europe and more. The tour supports the band’s 2026 album release and features a vast array of hit tracks from across their incredible discography.
You’ve never seen anything quite like Gorillaz live! The world renowned virtual British band was created by musician Damon Albarn and artist, designer (and comics artist) Jamie Hewlett back in 1998. The four band members are brought to life on stage by an all star band of musicians and back up singers, and the show is powered by state of the art interactive visuals.
All the hits are played including “Clint Eastwood,” “Feel Good Inc.,” “Dare,” “On Melancholy Hill,” “Dirty Harry” and more music from their previous album “The Monster Man” and all of the brand new Gorillaz songs from 2025 and their latest album “The Mountain”.
The band won a Grammy Award for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals for "Feel Good Inc". In 2006 they had multiple Brit Award nominations and multiple platinum albums worldwide. Their debut album sold over 7 million copies in the United States and they are often credited with being the first alternative rock band to make alternative and experimental sounds have mass appeal.
Known for her intricate lyricism, British rapper Little Simz (Simbiatu ‘Simbi’ Ajikawo) often takes a personal approach to her songwriting. The depth of her skills as an artist are clearly demonstrated in songs such as “Introvert”, “Woman”, “Point and Kill”, “Gorilla” and “Heart on Fire”.
Her album “Lotus” debuted at #3 on the UK Official Albums Chart and was the top selling LP at Indie record stores the week of release. In addition to this recognition, she won the Mercury Prize in 2022 for the song “occassionally I Might Be Introvert” and was also named Best New Artist at the Brit Awards in 2022. She was also a MOBO Award (2024) winner, an Ivor Novello Award and a Libera Award for Best Hip-Hop/Rap Record recipient.
Enter the world of Deltron 3030, where a mech soldier is fighting for freedom in interplanetary rap battles against an oppressive government in the year 3030. Deltron 3030 is an American hip-hop group composed of producer Dan the Automator, rapper Del the Funky Homosapien and DJ Kid Koala. Their work includes their first album “Event” in 2000, Event 2 in 2013, and their album released in 2025. Tracks include “3030”, “Virus”, “Mastermind”, and “Positive Contact”.
